A few things about our B&B:
Breakfast
Breakfast is in the dining room of the manor house. For early risers, coffee and tea will be available by 7:15 a.m. Breakfast will be served from 8-10 a.m. When you arrive, help yourself to the coffee, tea, juice, baked goods, and fruit on the buffet. The innkeeper will cook your breakfast on a first-come, first-served basis. Options will include eggs (cooked your way, including omelettes with a variety of fillings), French toast, or yogurt with fruit and granola.
Smoking
is only permitted in the parking lot. Please use the sand-filled container by the split rail fence for cigarette butts.
Farm Animals
All our animals are rescues and not necessarily well-trained. You are welcome to feed the animals a few handfuls of grain located in the marked bin. Please do not feed with the scoop. Keep your palms open and flat to avoid being nibbled. Pasture gates must be kept closed at all times. Guests are not permitted inside the pen or fence line.
Keys
Please use the front porch entrance. Your manor house room key will also open the front door. If you are staying in a cottage you will have two keys; one for your cottage door and one for the front door of the manor house.
Quiet Hours
We kindly observe quiet hours after 9 p.m. to keep the evening peaceful.
